Covenant Seminary
Riverfront Ministries is not your typical church—and this is not your typical leadership role.
We are a vibrant, creative, and justice-driven community located in Wilmington, Delaware and serving New Castle County, worshiping in unconventional spaces, engaging people where they are, and nurturing a diverse family of faith.
Alongside our spiritual community, we operate the Wilmington Kitchen Collective, a shared commercial kitchen and business incubator where food entrepreneurs dream, cook, and grow their businesses. Together, these ministries are about more than programs—they’re about building relationships, sparking creativity, and shaping a more connected, equitable city.
We are seeking a dynamic leader who is as comfortable preaching a sermon as they are brainstorming a new fundraising idea, as passionate about pastoral care as they are about community partnerships, and as ready to roll up their sleeves in the kitchen as they are to lead a board meeting.
If you are a creative visionary, a connector of people, and a believer in the power of faith and entrepreneurship to change lives, we’d love to hear from you.
