Overview
Outstanding opportunity for a BC/BE comprehensive ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon to join our physician-owned, well established and fast growing practice of one MD and two ODs. Current practice has two offices ideally located in beautiful beach front retirement communities at the east coast of central Florida. Practice owns optical shop, office based surgery suite, and the most current diagnostic equipment and treatment modalities for comprehensive ophthalmology, glaucoma, cornea, refractive surgery, premium IOLs, as well as dry eye center. The new cataract and comprehensive surgeon will become busy right away due to practice growth and local demand. This is a partnership track position with the practice and the Ambulatory Surgery Center nearby. This is a busy and successful practice that provides comprehensive and elective services with a focus on the quality of care. No hospital or ER call. Light private practice call shared with other ophthalmologists in the community. East coast of central Florida is world renown for the beautiful beaches, year-round ideal weather for various outdoors activities and sports, and abundant arts and cultural events. The area is family friendly with top rated schools and multiple universities, and is at one hour's driving distance to the Orlando resorts. Newly trained or experienced comprehensive ophthalmologist with expertise in cataract surgery. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive ophthalmology services and cataract surgery, utilizing current diagnostic equipamentos and treatment modalities. Collaborate with a physician-owned team across two offices and an ambulatory surgery center nearby. Participate in a partnership-track opportunity and contribute to practice growth. Enjoy light private-practice call shared with other ophthalmologists in the community; no hospital or ER call. Deliver high-quality patient care in a busy, established practice focused on outcomes.
