R550358Work Flexibility: Field-based**Field Clinical Specialist**, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting our customers with advanced training, clinical expertise, and real-time procedural support for **Inari Medical’s VTE** products.### ### **About the Role**As a Field Clinical Specialist, you will use your clinical expertise and independent judgment to educate, train, and support healthcare professionals. Partnering closely with Account Managers, you'll help drive therapy adoption and ensure the highest standards of patient care by facilitating in-hospital trainings and supporting live procedures.### ### **What You’ll Do*** Provide hands-on training and education to physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting for Inari products.* Lead and facilitate in-service training sessions in clinical environments.* Collaborate with Account and Regional Managers to identify opportunities for therapy adoption.* Deliver clear, concise communication during high-pressure, fast-paced procedures.* Act as a trusted clinical resource for physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams.* Offer responsive, high-level clinical support for complex field inquiries.* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.* Provide feedback to product development teams and assist with product improvements.* Document clinical case observations in accordance with regulatory standards.* Travel regularly to support multiple hospital sites and physicians in your region.### ### **What We’re Looking For*** **Education:** Associate Degree in Nursing or Clinical field required; Bachelors degree preferred.* **Experience:**

+ 3+ years in a medical device clinical support role or cardiac catheterization lab

+ Deep understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and pathology* **Skills:**

+ Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

+ Clear, professional communication under pressure

+ Ability to work independently in a dynamic, field-based environment

+ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities

**Base/Draw + commission:**

$130K base salary
