The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team. Job Summary

A Manager of Product Management is responsible for providing leadership to professional staff within their organization, including employees and/or supervisors. They are accountable for the performance and results of a team within the operational tool space. They are required to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and the business plan, in addition to guidance from their manager. This specific role requires a strong background in AI and Machine Learning to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of intelligent products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, and driving innovation in AI/ML applications. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role

Directly manages IC Product Managers Indirectly manages related teams and products Sets organizational priorities and allocated resources Manages, identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems Applies in-depth understanding of how own specialty integrates within the function Influences the business results of a sub-function by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans Influence others internally and externally, including senior leaders, engineering, design, and data science teams Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training

8+ years of Product Management experience, with 1 or more years of management experience 1+ year(s) of success in shipping data-driven products 1+ year(s) working with core ML concepts, limitations, model types, and data dependencies to guide feasibility and scope Strong collaboration, communication, and execution skills Bachelor\'s degree required Experience with: AI/ML integration in web applications Passionate about the opportunity to work for The Walt Disney Company Preferred Education

MBA or technical degree preferred The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $175,800.00 to $235,700.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
