* A key contributor of PGIM Fixed Income Data Strategy, transforming and modernizing our data environment and landscape* Develop data models that represent the structure and relationships of data within the organization* Implement data governance initiatives, including data catalog, data quality framework, and data lineage* Monitor and optimize data systems for performance, ensuring that data is processed and access efficiently* Establish and enforce data best practices through comprehensive, documented guidelines and a transparent review process* Proficiency in various data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical)* Expertise in designing relational databases and understands data normalization and denormalizations* Fluent in SQL Server development (DDL, Stored procedures, Views)* Experienced in implementing data catalog and data lineage systems* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer alternatives both independently and within teams.* Ability to communicate the status and challenges with the team* Demonstrating the ability to learn new skills and work as a team* Experience in Microsoft Purview* Experience with data lake/data marts/data warehouse* Working experience in a Linux based environment* Direct experience supporting multiple business units for foundational data work* Sound understanding of capital markets within Fixed Income and hands-on experience

modeling data domains within financial markets* Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SAFe development methodology & DevOps* Proven ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment.* Bachelor's degree Computer Science or a related field.**Note**: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations.
