Demonstrate results orientation by meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators, overseeing business processes, maintaining merchandising and cleanliness standards, and enhancing efficiency and profit through sound operational practices. Be a role model for guest experience by executing the service model, striving to complete all monthly mystery shops, enhancing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, and coaching sales associates to deliver exceptional branded experiences. Lead the team by recruiting and developing a productive, collaborative staff; provide coaching and performance management; inspire signature experiences; and ensure continuous learning through product knowledge and service training. Develop the team by articulating what a LEGO brand experience looks like, unlocking potential using LEGO Core Competencies, and building a talent bench for future growth by promoting top candidates. Foster collaboration with peers and partners to drive big-picture business performance and maintain a positive, cooperative work environment. Deliver inspirational retail experiences built on LEGO Brand values. Qualifications
Proven management experience in a retail environment. Experience with the following: Point of Sale systems; loss prevention and cash management; recruitment, selection and training; scheduling and payroll management; performance management and conflict resolution; space management and visual merchandising; effective organizational, verbal and written communication; demonstrated computer proficiency. Physical specifications: Constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for extended periods; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders; vision requirements; ability to lift at least 30 lbs. Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $64,428.00 to $96,642.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group considers a wide range of factors in compensation, including prior experience, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
