R1368**Job Overview**The Investment Technology department is an internal software engineering organization whose mission is to provide and expand the technical capabilities that drive our systematic investment process. As an active manager, Arrowstreet seeks to design investment portfolios that will, in expectation, outperform their respective benchmarks on a risk-adjusted basis. Arrowstreet, as a systematic asset manager, must identify investable trading strategies and implement them quickly and with the highest quality. Having a robust, scalable, and performant general compute platform, messaging and workflow system is thus of critical importance.The ideal candidate will possess experience in building web-based applications and mission-critical large-scale systems; experience with Kubernetes, AWS Cloud and building infrastructure is a plus. The expectation of the role is to be hands-on, create the design, develop, test, build, deploy and support the functionality of various business-critical platforms.
