Real Estate Associate – Leasing Focus Location : San Francisco, CA or New York (Hybrid) A highly respected law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior real estate associate (2–8 years of experience) to join its San Francisco office, with a primary focus on commercial leasing. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value leasing matters with a team known for excellence in real estate law. Responsibilities
You’ll work on a wide range of commercial leasing transactions, including office, retail, and industrial leases. The role may also include involvement in acquisitions, dispositions, finance, title / survey review, and general due diligence. Exposure to data center leasing is a plus but not required. Ideal Background / Qualifications
2–8 years of relevant real estate transactional experience Strong drafting skills and attention to detail across commercial lease agreements Interest in growing within a team-oriented, collaborative legal environment Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills Prior experience at a major law firm preferred California Bar admission required Compensation
The base salary for this full-time role is anticipated to fall between $210,000 and $325,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
