Responsibilities
Head the FP&A engagement team in the LSG Digital Finance organization, in charge of digital efforts encompassing Spend, Full P&L, and Measured Cash Flow.
Collaborate with division teams as a BI expert offering functional assistance and thought leadership.
Lead the group roadmap for FP&A related digital initiatives, from creation to implementation.
Act as a change champion to drive the adoption of standardized tools for LSG FP&A.
Lead CC&T initiatives for new digital features within FP&A
Collaborate with Division and Enablement teams to develop and provide tools that align with business requirements while ensuring uniformity across the group.
Check data readiness and support testing of new capabilities.
Set and build performance indicators.
Create and communicate wireframes for analytics.
Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in finance or data roles, experience in FP&A or Controllership preferred.
Experience managing teams and leading through influence in a matrixed environment.
Excellent project management abilities.
Ability to inspire change and promote the adoption of new tools and processes
Outstanding communication and teamwork.
Expertise in business intelligence, analytics, and forecasting.
Experience with digital tools like PowerBI, Python, and SQL.
Experience in Thermo Fisher financial tools (CMR and PLN) is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $130,000.00-$200,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
