Provide technical program support for a highly technical, dynamic, experimental, and fast-paced Navy program management office (PMO) systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) team. Apply operational and technical expertise to work on projects for a Navy targeting and joint fires program. Utilize knowledge of Naval targeting, sensor fusion, and weapon systems employment to support the government with strategic direction and technical expertise to develop and employ new Naval warfighting capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and act as the government’s representative on technical and programmatic discussions with external stakeholders. Guide the work for the Navy and Marine Corps and contribute to solutions delivered for national defense. Expand upon systems engineering experience and solve complex design, integration, and analytical problems for the Navy. You Have
3+ years of experience with Navy or joint technical programs Experience with Navy or Marine Corps hardware and software integration, combat and networked systems, surface and air-launched weapons, C4I, sensors, or EW systems Experience developing or validating system requirements, engineering documents, test plans, performance assessments, or system interoperability Ability to support multiple government and contractor offices Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have
Experience with Navy fires, intelligence, or targeting programs Experience with non-program of record experimental programs such as mid-tier acquisition pathways, rapid capabilities office (RCO), or strategic capabilities office (SCO) Experience with Navy interface systems such as the Cooperative Engagement Capability or Tactical Digital Information Link (TADIL) Experience with software engineering, including design, development, testing, integration, or production of advanced software systems Experience with NAVSEA Combat Systems programs, including PEO IWS Masters degree in Data Science or a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field Clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
