Talent Acquisition Specialist (Experienced or Senior)

The team welcomes a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Specialists to find the best fit for this position. The role involves collaborating with Business Leaders and Human Resources Partners to develop and execute recruitment strategies that deliver engaging and personalized candidate experiences. Position Responsibilities

Partner with hiring leaders to understand critical job requirements, create and implement candidate generation strategies, and deliver the best candidates for each open position Leverage the Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, and support a smooth onboarding experience Manage high-touch relationships with internal and external candidates and domestic hiring managers across multiple disciplines, locations and businesses Translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are accurately reflected in postings Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, HireVue and Avature Search external resume databases using Boolean strings in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment Maintain a pipeline of pre-screened candidates and maintain ongoing contact to retain interest Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process and ensure a successful hire within the expected timeline Participate in recruiting events as needed Basic Qualifications (Required)

Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening and closing internal and external candidates) 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools 3+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, HR and internal recruiting/staffing teams and candidates Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

Bachelor’s degree or higher Active US Security Clearance 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience recruiting candidates with active security clearances Experience with Workday Experience with Tableau Experience with high-volume recruiting Experience negotiating compensation with business partners and candidates Drug Free Workplace

We offer a Total Rewards package including competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market and business considerations. Summary pay ranges: Experienced (Level 3) $87,550 - $129,000; Senior (Level 4) $106,250 - $157,000.
