Senior Brand Manager, Prestige Wine & Champagne for Pernod Ricard USA. Based in New York, NY. The role supports strategic and brand plan development, and innovation launch planning for Perrier Jouet, MUMM and Chateau Sainte Marguerite champagne, sparkling and rosé brands. Role

This position requires a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager with a strong marketing, analytical, and innovation background, luxury brand or high-end wine/spirit experience, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with execution. Core responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to grow brand equity and drive long-term profitable growth. Responsibilities

Commercial Prowess: Partner with the Brand Director and other Brand Managers, agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive brand equity and growth through retail programs, brand partnerships, sponsorships, and platform executions that maximize business results. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Develop, deliver, and iterate plans with a resourceful, proactive mindset focused on proving the case for brand expansion. Collaboration & Integration: Lead and participate in cross-functional and agency teams (global brand owners, winemaking, field marketing, sales, consumer insights, marketing enablement, and other departments) to build a strong, multi-functional team; influence multiple stakeholders for success. Analysis and Reporting: Lead analysis of market and competitor trends to identify key issues and opportunities, coordinating with divisional sales/marketing teams as needed. Research: Conduct analyses, construct research programs, and derive implications to ensure marketing programs meet KPIs; continuously improve programming. Competitive Analysis and Implications: Support Strategic Brand Review by analyzing category opportunities, consumer targets, innovation opportunities, and activation strategies. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Support national and local programs/strategies with flexibility for local adaptation; oversee asset development, dissemination, and tracking across states, channels, and customers. Manage luxury partnerships and eCommerce collaborations with strategic alignment, compelling offers, and negotiated terms while preserving brand integrity. Provide oversight of Prestige Brands in Supply Planning & Operations workstreams and Brand Pricing projects to drive commercial accountability. Coordinate key global and national campaigns and special product or innovation projects with BrandCos and stakeholders. Monitor traditional and digital media strategies, demand territories, occasions, and brand perceptions. Job Requirements

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience: 5-8+ years in a senior level role in CPG, media agency, advertiser, and/or work with key retail customers. Experience managing Prestige, Luxury, or culturally iconic brands with sizable A&P budgets. Experience developing brand strategies grounded in insights and analytics. Experience managing stakeholders in a matrix organization and collaborating with external agencies. Experience managing financial and business performance, including budgeting.
