Hybrid remote work - we have offices throughout DC, Virginia, and Maryland. Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs. Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary. You should know some of the following : Insurance Defense / Civil Litigation General, Premises, or Products Liability Medical Malpractice Workers Comp Construction Defect Insurance Coverage Required : Currently licensed in DC, MD, or VA Must live currently in DC, MD, or VA Recent insurance defense experience Bonus points for : Double or triple barred in MD, DC, or VA PI277919839
