We are looking for a Senior Director, Mid-Market Sales to provide strategic executive leadership and drive new go-to-market plans for our Mid-Market Sales organization. What Youll Do Lead, drive and deliver the New Relic vision and mission for Mid-Market sales team Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed sales goals and revenue targets for the mid-market segment Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and fostering professional growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business growth Create and refine scalable processes to enhance team efficiency and performance Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Provide strategic executive leadership for sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales mentorship, and commission planning Qualifications

15+ years of proven sales experience with 8+ years of experience managing a sales team within the observability or complex cloud SaaS sector Consistent track record of exceeding sales growth goals in SaaS, specifically within Mid-Market Accounts Strong customer-focused industry leadership Experience in developing strategic plans and overseeing design, development, and implementation of programs Bachelor of Arts or Science, or related degree Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position. The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the on target earnings (salary plus target sales incentives). This role is eligible for a commission plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
