A global animation studio is looking for a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team. Based in Los Angeles, the Sr. Manager, Marketing will provide comprehensive 360° support to the SVP, Marketing & Franchise across North and South America brand initiatives. Passionate about driving fandom in brands, this role will be instrumental in ensuring cross-functional alignment in campaign development, consumer activations, and brand awareness building. With a global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, this individual will help drive the company mission by supporting content launches, key brand moments, and the consumer products business. Responsibilities

Support the SVP, Marketing in planning and executing global go-to-market strategies for brand, content, and consumer products. Develop and implement country-specific marketing plans and campaigns for the Americas to drive brand awareness, engagement, and consumer product sales. Adapt global campaigns for local audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance. Partner with Consumer Products regional teams to deliver on strategies, align on marketing support and support product sales. Collaborate closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging across all regions. Work collaboratively across time zones to maintain effective communication and seamless project management with global teams. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate consumer insights, social listening data, and brand voice into cohesive campaign execution. Partner with licensees to plan and execute marketing activations, providing creative guidance and necessary approvals. Oversee regional paid media collaborations to maximize reach and ROI. Plan and execute regional fan events (e.g., SDCC, Meet & Greets) and trade events (Licensing Expo, Brazil Licensing Con) that bring the brand to life and strengthen community connections. Stay informed on competitive activity and market trends to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions. Analyze campaign performance, share insights, and optimize future initiatives based on data. Manage regional marketing budgets, track expenditures, and report outcomes to senior management. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field; MBA a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer or brand marketing. Strong understanding of core marketing strategies, techniques, and campaign execution. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong time management and analytical abilities. Proven track record of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through. Skilled in leading cross-functional discussions to achieve consensus and secure support for recommendations.
