A growing private investment firm in Boston is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to serve as the sole recruiter for all hiring needs across its diverse portfolio of companies. This role offers the chance to recruit for a wide range of position and to play a critical role in building out a scalable talent function.

Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across multiple industries
Build and execute creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media and industry networks
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor outreach strategies
Lead the implementation and management of an ATS system
Handle occasional marketing-related tasks and support employer branding initiatives
Serve as a connector, engaging comfortably with candidates ranging from trades professionals to senior executives
Qualifications
5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with exposure to multiple industries and role levels
Strong track record of recruiting for diverse positions (skilled trades, administrative, professional, executive)
Experience implementing or managing an ATS (required)
Proven ability to adapt, wear many hats, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable style
