D. Boral Capital, a fast-paced and rapidly expanding investment bank, is seeking a Vice President of Investment Banking to join our Manhattan-based team. This role will oversee deal execution, manage client relationships, and mentor junior bankers. Key Responsibilities
Lead execution of public and private capital raising and M&A transactions, including IPOs, PIPEs, private placements, and strategic advisory. Manage transaction teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Participate in client meetings, pitch sessions, and strategic discussions. Oversee financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence processes. Guide Associates and Analysts while fostering a collaborative team culture. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of investment banking experience, experience with executing IPOs, follow on and shelf offerings and PIPEs a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Licenses: Series 63 and 79 required. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. Exceptional communication, leadership, and client engagement abilities. Ideal Candidate Traits
Strong quantitative and analytical skills Professional maturity and experience to interact with other senior bankers Excellent technology skills with superior Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrates strategic and creative thinking and distinguished communication skills Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team Strict attention to detail with demonstrated ability to take initiative Strong interest and understanding of financial markets, aptitude to learn, and demonstrated history of strong academic performance and professional drive Strong public speaking skills and comfortable with leading large group conference calls Work Environment
Our team operates out of our beautiful offices on Madison Avenue in New York City. This role requires daily presence in the office as well as at client offices for meetings, events, etc. Requires some flexibility in scheduling, such as the ability to work evenings and weekends to meet client deliverables. Requires ability to travel locally by car / public transportation, as well as regular domestic trips involving air travel for multi-night stays. Why Join Us
