The Finance team is focused on enabling Chainlink Labs to operate as a financially healthy and responsible business, building for speed and scale while avoiding unnecessary friction. We manage our capital resources carefully, surveying the road ahead to anticipate and prepare for any turn, and ensure the right resources are allocated for maximum returns. We analyze the business and report on key performance indicators, partner closely with other teams across the company, and ensure that we drive the right business outcomes, proper compliance, and accountability. We are looking for someone fantastic to join our Treasury team to help build, manage and scale our Treasury operations and be a pioneer of digital assets treasury management. Your Impact
Manage our fiat & crypto assets positioning operations Build observability and dashboards surfacing performance of Treasury processes Partner across Finance and Engineering to implement treasury process transformation and automation Implement procedures and controls for digital assets Support the launch of new products through assessment of financial risks and implementation of funding workflows Provide periodic reporting to executive leadership on Treasury operations Support partnerships with exchanges, custodians, banks, and financial infrastructure providers to improve treasury tooling and expand capabilities Requirements
At least 3+ years of engineering experience in fintech or financial operations or treasury Proficiency in Web3 and transacting on the Ethereum network, DeFi, cross-chain bridging & EVM compatible chains Experience working with engineers and technical partners An owner's mindset and willingness to roll up their sleeves Ability to work on and deliver on multiple workstreams Strong relationship building skills and ability to cultivate productive cross functional partnerships Tech oriented and intellectually curious about new developments in the blockchain space Preferred Requirements
An engineering, mathematics, computer science or finance background Technical acumen, coding experience and an understanding of smart contracts Proficient in github, Python, typescript or Java, bigquery Commitment to Equal Opportunity
