What You Will Do as a Talent Acquisition Partner As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in shaping our workforce by leading the full recruitment lifecycle through onboarding and orientation across a variety of functions and levels within the organization. This role requires strong business acumen, relationship building, and a focus on aligning talent strategies with business goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, while ensuring a positive and engaging experience for candidates and new hires.

How You Will Make a Difference

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to deliver a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Partner with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and deliver top talent, while using recruiting metrics to provide insights and recommendations that improve hiring outcomes.

Own and manage the onboarding process, including coordination through Workday systems, scheduling, surveys, and leading in-person orientation to ensure smooth new hire transitions.

Support internal communications in executing employment branding initiatives by providing candidate insights and marketplace perspective.

Track and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, measure success, and inform continuous process improvements.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal policies to support fair and equitable hiring practices.

Skills for Success

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to support compelling employer brand messaging.

Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.

Genuine passion for connecting business objectives with hiring strategies to ensure talent initiatives drive organizational success.
