Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional client service, operational marketing, and administrative support to Private Client Advisors. Efficiently manage operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades with accuracy and promptness. Aid Advisors in fostering and preserving client relationships, conducting account reviews, and promoting firm services to enhance client relationships. Participate in Risk Management procedures and back the operational processes of the business unit while complying with regulatory requirements. Prioritize daily tasks, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines; foster and maintain a positive team environment. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
A valid and active Series 7 license is required or may be obtained within 120 days of employment. If you were registered after October 1, 2018 you must also have a valid and active Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam.
