You’ll lead transformative Microsoft Cloud deals that drive competitive share, public visibility, and revenue growth especially through landmark Azure partnerships. As an Account Executive focused on Digital Natives, you’ll orchestrate the One Microsoft team across Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to deliver impact at scale. You’ll be a trusted advisor to founders and executives, helping them innovate faster and grow smarter on the Microsoft Cloud. Drive landmark Azure partnerships via Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitments (MACCs) with Startups, Unicorns, and High Growth Digital Natives. Partner across Microsoft to create broad mindshare and new multi-cloud wins. Create coalition of support across Microsoft, orchestrating engagement across all levels including the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Influence the market through excellence in engagement, reputation, and delivering broad impact through industry and thought-leadership activities. Culture & Values

Required/minimum qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 2+ years experience working in a related technical industry and/or driving digital transformation OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in related technical industry and/or digital transformation; or equivalent experience. 2+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience (e.g., B2B SaaS, Startups, Venture). Other Requirements : Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role’s job duties. Additional/Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 6+ years experience in related industry or equivalent; OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 8+ years experience in related industry or equivalent. 3+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience (e.g., B2B SaaS, Startups, Venture). Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
