RN – Urology Clinic - Full Time
at Titus Regional Medical Center Location: Mount Pleasant, TX Responsibilities
Know/conform to the Texas Nursing Practice Act and the Board's rules and regulations, as well as all Federal, State or local laws, rules or regulations. Provide nursing services without discrimination regarding age, disability, economic status, gender, national origin, race, religion, or health problems of the patient served. Be responsible for the total nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of each assigned patient. Plan, provide, evaluate, and document nursing care, discharge planning, and teaching. Ensure the plan is carried out and provided in a safe environment, through performance and supervision of subordinate personnel. Educate patients, family or others to attain optimal health and continuity of care. Function as charge nurse when required. Report to and depart from work on time and as scheduled. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintain composure during stressful situations. Follow and adhere to TRMC vaccine policy(s) mandated by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Qualifications
Work Experience: Two years of inpatient nursing experience preferred. Education: Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State of Texas required. BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire date required. Physical Demands and Work Environment
