Growth Product Manager Location
San Francisco, California, United States (in-person, 5 days/week) Compensation
$140K – $250K + Equity ( 0.1-0.8% ) Benefits

As our first dedicated
Growth Product Manager , you will: Leverage product and behavioral analytics to continuously refine the
new-user experience (NUX) , onboarding flows, and activation milestones. Define
success metrics
for each funnel stage and iterate based on both quantitative and qualitative insights. Own the end-to-end delivery of product features that drive
activation ,
retention , and
organic network effects . Conduct
cohort analyses ,
segmentation studies , and
drop-off investigations
to surface friction points and high-leverage growth levers. Translate
qualitative feedback
(surveys, session recordings) into actionable product improvements. Partner with
Engineering
and
Design
to scope and ship
growth experiments
with rigorous tracking. Align with
Marketing
on landing page copy, paid acquisition tests, and email nurture campaigns. Collaborate with
Customer Success
to identify
power-user behaviors
and
referral opportunities . Rank growth opportunities by
potential impact vs. effort , balancing short-term lift experiments with longer-term platform enhancements. What We’re Looking For
A
highly analytical

Growth Product Manager to architect our
product-led growth (PLG engine) . Proven experience in
growth ,
product , or
founder-like roles
at a
PLG SaaS
or
consumer tech
company. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to
move fast
and take ownership with
high agency . Experience in turning
first-time users into power-users
and
paying champions
using
data-driven strategies . Track record of driving measurable lift in
SaaS metrics
and
building impactful growth features . A passion for
scaling growth
and
optimizing user engagement
