Base pay range
$90.00/hr - $105.00/hr Responsibilities
Define Solution Architecture: recommend a solution architecture to (1) best meet the goals of the project, (2) align with company's overall strategic technology roadmap, (3) comply with Company's technology standards and best practices; The architecture will be documented in our repository and in other formats (e.g., PowerPoint) to optimize stakeholder communication and understanding, and (4) enable value-added outcomes that align to the business strategy Remain engaged and support the project design, development, and deployment phases to ensure continuous alignment and Architecture design compliance Translate business needs into IT solutions & develop portfolio specific strategy and roadmaps Leverage rigorous design methodologies that consistently yield the right level of technical design documentation and develop technical solutions Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or related field) Salesforce Designer certifications Salesforce Architecture certifications 8-10 years of experience in IT Architecture 4-6 years of deep software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with custom developed software and/or commercially available products Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Experience with one or more architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, Feld Group, etc.) Strong Deployment Architecture design and implementation experience Active in the Salesforce community Experience With
Data modeling Data migration Data sharing Multi-component solutions Salesforce configuration (and the consultants working on the configuration) Connected apps Declarative automation User experience (UX) Handoff to other systems Environment management Deployments Leading a team of consultants and or administrators Code inside Salesforce (including Apex, Visualforce, LWC) AppExchange Apps Designing APIs Secure messaging Guaranteed delivery of data Managing large data volumes (LDVs) Handoff from other systems to Salesforce Integration patterns DevOps strategy Leading a team of developers CI/CD Environment management Deployments Copado/Heroku/data cloud Connected apps OAuth flow The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
