What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the development of scalable AI/ML powered analytics and prognostics applications in a cloud environment
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver high-impact solutions
Prototype and productionize scalable AI systems, focusing on hybrid AI pipelines
Apply statistical methods and signal processing techniques to analyze vehicle data
Mentor junior employees, providing coaching and guidance on complex issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience building and deploying advanced machine learning or deep learning systems in production
Strong proficiency in Python and major ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience with MLOps tools and deploying models on cloud platforms
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
Over 7 years of experience in machine learning or deep learning systems
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and prompt engineering
Expertise in large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures
Experience in the automotive domain
