plays a crucial role in recruiting adult learners for our educational programs. This position involves distributing flyers, managing outreach tables, and connecting with potential students via email and phone calls. The

will support walk-ins and interested applicants with the enrollment process and related steps, and input data and documents for interested applicants into Salesforce. The

will establish and nurture relationships with organizations to serve as recruitment partners, fostering collaboration and expanding our outreach efforts. The contractor will provide essential recruitment and outreach support approximately three (3) days per week. Responsibilities include: Student recruitment Assisting with onboarding activities, such as New Student Orientation (NSO) This role is critical for maintaining and growing CET’s enrollment pipeline and community visibility. Flyer Distribution : Develop visually appealing flyers and strategically distribute them in key locations to promote our educational programs, targeting adult learners. Ensure the content includes comprehensive details about program offerings, benefits, and contact information to effectively captivate the audience. Outreach

Table Management: Organize and oversee outreach tables at various events such as community gatherings and career expos to engage with our target demographic. Distribute promotional materials, address inquiries, and spark interest in our programs through meaningful interactions. Email Communication : Utilize email campaigns to introduce prospective students to our educational programs, emphasizing their unique features and encouraging further exploration or action. Tailor email correspondence to cater to individual preferences, needs, and queries for enhanced engagement. Phone Outreach : Conduct outbound calls to individuals displaying interest in our programs or those likely to benefit from our educational services. Provide comprehensive information, address inquiries, and guide potential students through the enrollment process with personalized assistance and motivation. Relationship Building : Foster partnerships with various organizations, such as community centers, workforce development agencies, and educational institutions, to strengthen our recruitment network. Collaborate with partners to identify potential students, exchange resources, and coordinate outreach strategies for optimized recruitment endeavors. Reports to:
