Responsibilities
Provide dental care to residents in senior care communities, with clinical autonomy while collaborating with facility staff.
See patients on-site in treatment rooms located within the facility.
Operate with autonomy while 360care handles scheduling, billing, and office support.
Coordinate with the Care Coordination team for consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post-operative follow-up, and IT support.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD in good standing.
Licensed to practice dentistry in Georgia or eligible to obtain licensure.
