Overview
Senior Supply Chain Systems Project Manager (WMS, Oracle ERP, P2P) at Anduril Industries. This role acts as a core Business Systems and Optimization lead for Anduril’s Supply Chain team and owns large parts of the end-to-end Supply Chain Digital and Process ecosystem. The role collaborates with internal Supply Chain teams (Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, Program Management) and external teams (IT, Engineering, Business Systems, Strategy, Legal, People) to develop system implementation plans that enhance the digital landscape, increase efficiencies, and scale Anduril’s people and tools footprint. Responsibilities
Support and execute functional process and data maps within Supply Chain areas such as Procurement, Purchasing, Program Management, and Material Management. Align internal Supply Chain with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Manufacturing, and other verticals on goals, forecasted scale, requirements, constraints, prioritization, and timelines. Collaborate with IT teams to execute the enhancement roadmap from planning and requirements through implementation, sprint planning, training, and rollout. Serve as a primary SME/PoC for System, Process, and Data roadmaps for Supply Chain Operations (Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Material Planning, Supplier Execution, Inventory/WHSE). Scope and deploy a Supply Chain Reporting/KPI suite including supplier-facing and internal dashboards to inform leaders about health, risks, and opportunities. Define requirements for home-grown applications and platforms; lead the business end of development-to-deployment with a focus on usable, efficient, automated, and integrated solutions. Work with Supply Chain leaders to optimize business processes to support rapid scale and growth; develop internal ad-hoc tools to plug gaps ahead of larger system fixes. Qualifications
B.S. in engineering, supply chain, or equivalent degree. 10+ years of experience with supply chain IT systems and data analytics. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in data analytics, supply chain management, or related field. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar). Experience in large-scale ERP implementation; Oracle experience highly preferred. Experience in a hardware development company in an early-stage environment. Experience developing, documenting, and executing supply chain-focused digital ecosystems; strong dashboard/KPI development experience. Experience with database management and data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills across organizational levels and functions. Ability to convey complex data clearly and actionably. Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and analysis. Compensation and Benefits
US Salary Range: $152,000–$228,000 USD.
