The Revenue Operations team is seeking an experienced Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to help define, streamline, and execute the annual go-to-market (GTM) planning process across the company. This role is highly strategic and operational, bringing structure to cross-functional initiatives that accelerate scale. This is a highly visible, collaborative role where you will partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Alliances, Marketing, Finance, and Product to translate company strategy into actionable plans that drive growth. Responsibilities

Territory Planning & Optimization

Lead the design, assignment, and maintenance of sales territories based on account data, opportunity size, and rep capacity. Collaborate with sales leadership to define and implement territory rules of engagement and account assignment policies. Proactively identify and recommend adjustments to territory design and sales coverage models based on performance data and market shifts.

GTM Planning

Provide support on annual GTM planning and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to: Sales capacity planning Quota assignments GTM architecture GTM policy documentation (Rules of Engagement) Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Qualification Criteria Build and maintain a repeatable, scalable playbook for annual planning and cross-functional execution.

GTM Strategy Insights & Support

Conduct research and analysis on revenue performance, customer trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Use analytics and data intuition to deliver insights and actionable recommendations that drive improved net retention, sales productivity, and GTM efficiency. Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a connector and challenger across GTM, Finance, and Product teams to ensure alignment on goals, resources, and timelines. Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, and lead joint problem-solving sessions to keep programs on track.

Continuous Improvement

Optimize GTM processes, tools, and infrastructure to support scalable growth. Drive initiatives that improve sales productivity, streamline core workflows, and enhance operational excellence.

Qualifications

Strategic + Execution Mindset: You love combining strategy with execution and turning plans into reality. Self-starter who translates high-level ideas into actionable plans even when the path forward isn’t clearly defined. Cross-Functional Experience: Proven ability to partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Operations. Program Management Skills: Ability to structure programs, manage complex dependencies, and drive accountability. Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills; able to translate data into insights and action. Operational Excellence: Passion for building scalable processes and infrastructure that enable GTM success. We embrace a hybrid work model to boost collaboration and culture. Starting May 1, 2025, employees residing near Santa Clara, CA, will return to the office three times a week. Employees near London, Bangalore, and Noida offices will return twice a week, with a goal of moving to three times per week within the year.
