About the role: As a CBRE Property Management Manager, you will supervise the team and all operational and financial activities of a single property or a small portfolio of properties. This role is part of the Property Management function and is responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group. What You’ll Do

Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team’s daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues. Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure objectives are met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and complete reports. Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances. Help create programs to assist the property with emergency recoveries. Prepare all required legal notices for approval. Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time. Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply knowledge of the discipline and its integration with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may not be evident in existing systems and processes. What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems when exchanging sensitive information. Leadership skills to motivate the team and impact the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills with a curious mindset. Why CBRE
