Associate Director, Clinical Operations Location

To learn more, visit www.pharmaron.com. About The Role We’re looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to join our Clinical Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in clinical trials research and an in-depth understanding of ICH-GCP and relevant regulations and protocols. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the department, including allocation of resources, training and ensuring compliance. This is a remote role with regular travel to relevant sites. Key Responsibilities
Assisting the President of Clinical Development in establishing and managing the Clinical Operation Department. Ensure that site management operations comply with ICH-GCP, ISO14155, relevant regulations, SOPs and clinical protocol. Recruitment and allocation of regional human resources to ensure reasonable resource allocation for monitors and smooth project progress. Guide and train the Clinical Operations team to strictly comply with the protocol and SOPs. Conduct departmental meetings and face-to-face meetings to guide and train the Clinical Operations and CRA team, solve problems, and maintain site quality and team stability. Maintain and optimize the site management system. Participate in the establishment of training systems. Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, life science or a relevant field. More than 10–15 years of experience in clinical trial research; at least 4 years in project management or personnel management; more than 2 years of global enterprise background preferred. Familiarity with ICH-GCP and relevant laws and regulations. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee teams and projects to achieve organizational goals. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Strong organization and coordination skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Result-oriented and highly self-motivated with resilience and resourcefulness.
