As the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) Legal Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) Program Manager within the CAO team, you will be responsible for promoting the delivery, ongoing management, and continuous enhancement of the central CAO LRCM program. You will ensure alignment with the expectations and requirements outlined in the JPMC Legal Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) standards, overseeing the identification, assessment, and implementation of changes related to applicable laws, regulations, and/or rules (LRRs) that impact the CAO globally. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with all sub-functions within the CAO to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to regulatory change management, while fostering strong relationships across the CAO and with other stakeholders throughout the firm. Job Responsibilities

Lead the buildout and ongoing enhancement of the CAO Legal Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) Program to ensure alignment with JPMC LRCM standards and regulatory expectations. Coordinate the identification, assessment, and implementation of regulatory changes impacting the CAO, ensuring timely and effective responses across all sub-functions and jurisdictions. Serve as the primary CAO representative on central JPMC LRCM calls, acting as the main point of contact between the CAO and the firmwide LRCM program. Clearly communicate regulatory change requirements, impacts, and objectives to CAO LRCM Program Lead, team members and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence to LRCM standards. Partner with CAO sub-functions and other key stakeholders to drive a coordinated and comprehensive approach to regulatory change management. Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, documentation, and reporting processes to support regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and audit readiness. Monitor, analyze, and report on regulatory developments and the status of LRCM activities, providing timely updates and insights to CAO leadership and firmwide partners. Escalate issues, risks, and challenges related to regulatory change management to appropriate stakeholders, ensuring prompt resolution and transparency. Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment, inspiring trust, development, and engagement among colleagues. Engage with firmwide LRCM and regulatory change management communities to share best practices, generate synergy, and ensure the CAO’s interests are effectively represented. Required Skills, Capabilities, & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. Minimum of 5+ years of program and/or project management experience, ideally within a complex, matrixed organization. Demonstrated ability to frame projects, establish effective governance, and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups to achieve successful outcomes. Prior direct experience in legal or regulatory management within the financial services industry is highly desirable. Background in risk and control management. Proven ability to take ownership of solutions and drive processes forward, identifying and executing the best path to achieve objectives. Capacity to execute on broad, strategic visions and translate them into actionable plans. Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to identify, assess, and select among multiple courses of action. Highly developed executive-level presentation skills, including the ability to create impactful materials and messaging with minimal oversight. Strong, confident, and clear verbal communication skills. Advanced influence and negotiation skills, with the ability to gain buy-in and drive consensus. Collaborative mindset, with a track record of building strong, positive working relationships across a matrixed organization, establishing trust and credibility. Quick learner, able to assimilate new business and technical knowledge efficiently. Experience in identifying and addressing process-level gaps, as well as opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and change; able to adapt as business needs evolve. Exceptional attention to detail. Flexible and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team, taking full ownership of assigned work. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio), as well as SharePoint and Confluence. Exemplifies the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
