Senior Product Manager
to join our Core pillar, focused on expanding the capabilities of our Enterprise Asset Management solution. This role involves shaping strategy to evolve a product area into a differentiator in the Enterprise market, including work execution platform, asset lifecycle management, inventory management, and reporting & analytics to support larger and more complex organizations.
What you\'ll do
Leverage data, user research and competitive/market analysis to shape the strategy for the Enterprise Product pillar and become an expert in your domain. Execute on a mix of large innovations and smaller quality-of-life improvements to enhance the product and support the sales team in closing Fortune 5000 companies. Work closely with the sales team to directly help close large deals, while staying aligned to the product vision. Inspire and motivate a team of designers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes. Define success metrics to measure and evaluate the impact of product efforts.
About you
4 to 6+ years in product management with experience building end-to-end experiences, especially in products prioritizing modern UX with Enterprise-grade features. Experience working with sales as they move upmarket from SMB to Enterprise. Well-versed in product-led sales and how to use product experiences to drive new customers and overall customer satisfaction throughout the growth funnel. Thrives in startups with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results with creating frameworks and processes to scale the team. Ability to inspire and rally a team around a clear vision, strategy and roadmap to meet specific KPI\'s. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization, from executives to ICs. Strong pattern recognition, with the ability to apply existing solutions to MaintainX problems without reinventing the wheel.
