Build AI/ML systems that help the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community make faster, smarter decisions in dynamic environments Develop real-time solutions for low power edge devices, cloud platforms, and everything in between Research, prototype, and deploy novel technology Collaborate in "team of teams" structures that prioritize agility, autonomy, and impact What You Bring (The Essentials)
A deep-seated passion for solving hard problems. An active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship. A collaborative spirit and a drive to learn from and teach others. Expertise Area (One or More)
We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything. Have a center of gravity in one area and a willingness to learn others. Software Engineering:
Writing clean, robust, and efficient code. AI/ML Development:
Building, training, and deploying models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with RF, CV, or NLP is a major plus. Signal Processing:
Strong theoretical and practical understanding of DSP for communications, RADAR, or other sensor systems. Systems Engineering & DevOps:
Designing and maintaining complex systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or on-premise hardware. Embedded Systems:
Developing and optimizing software for resource-constrained edge devices (e.g., FPGAs, GPUs, SoCs). What You Get
