We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Patient Care Services for the Family Centered Unit.

Hours:

36hrs

Shift:

Evening shift with weekend and holiday rotation; 11:00am - 11:30pm

Location:

St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities Under direction of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care and/or Director, Patient Services, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, liaison, quality, etc.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.

A minimum of three years related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes.

Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills.

Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Specialty certification is preferred.

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from the requirement by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range USD $47.95 - USD $87.11 /Hr.
