The Loan IQ SDK Lead Developer is a senior role responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology Team. The objective is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities

Lead integration of functions to meet goals, deploy new products, and enhance processes Analyze complex business and system processes and industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems Provide expertise in advanced applications programming and plan assignments involving large budgets, cross-functional projects, or multiple projects Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation Utilize advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and multiple areas to achieve technology goals Consult with end users to identify system function specifications and incorporate into overall system design Allocate work and act as an advisor/coach to developers, analysts, and new team members Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, with emphasis on safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, and driving compliance with laws and regulations, while maintaining ethical conduct Qualifications

10+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis Experience with Loan IQ Platform or Loan IQ SDK development Experience with REST, JMS, SOAP, microservices Experience with Spring Boot, Swagger, Tomcat, and JSON/XML processing Hands-on coding ability on a daily basis Experience with one or more messaging systems (Kafka, Tibco, IBM MQ, etc.) Strong SQL knowledge Familiarity with Windows and Linux; ability to write shell and batch programs Experience with Kubernetes and Docker Knowledge of threading, collections, exception handling, JDBC, Java OOD/OOP concepts, GoF design patterns, and File I/O Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools Demonstrated SME in Applications Development Ability to adjust priorities quickly and solve problems, make decisions Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable working under pressure Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
