Information Technology Customer Delivery Team Advisor
The Opportunity:
To achieve an organization’s mission, leaders need strong team members who can support IT Program Management. Whether designing and implementing IT strategy or proposing a solution to mitigate risk, our clients need someone who can help advise clients on comprehensive IT management strategies. That is why we need you, an experienced IT Customer Delivery Team Advisor who can provide high-quality support.
As part of our team, you\'ll serve as a strategic technical advisor to the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health ( ARPA-H ), helping conceptualize, create, and execute advanced government-funded research and development (R&D) programs to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone. You’ll work with world-class scientists and engineers to support the development of high-impact solutions to society\'s most challenging health problems, and leverage technical expertise to provide strategic assessments of new technologies in support to senior ARPA-H decision makers. You’ll maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assisting with the management of current programs, and facilitating commer cia lization of successfully developed technologies. You\'ll help clients to understand issues related to multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of client strategy. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client\'s mission, and problem-solving will enable the mission\'s success.
What You’ll Work On :
Manage all aspects of IT programs to support program implementation, accepted and accomplished within a set deadline.
Support the head of customer delivery, including customer interface, requirements gathering, and high-level product management.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the head of customer delivery on enterprise strategy and planning, sof tware development, product owners, and Agile Scrum teams.
Support finan cia l management of PM programs and projects, resp ond to requests for information from senior leaders, and support other tasks such as meeting planning and administrative functions, to support program execution and operations.
Lead complex information technology initiatives requiring collaboration from multiple stakeholders, including business users, technology partners, and technology staff.
Build strong relationships, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and clearly communicate complex concepts to varied audiences.

You Have:
15+ years of experience delivering technology solutions
Experience serving as an IT PM
Experience supporting the government in an IT enterprise capacity
Experience with U.S. government or R & D health organizations
Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
10+ years of experience in the DoD or NIH
Experience with an ARPA such as DARPA or ARPA-H
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple short and long-term projects effectively
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
