Executive Director (Part-Time) – Community Arts Nonprofit, Downtown Kirkwood Our vibrant nonprofit arts gallery and education center in downtown Kirkwood seeks apart-time Executive Director (20 hrs/week)to guide our growing, 100% volunteer-run organization. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of a community-driven arts hub dedicated to representational art, education, and engagement across generations. Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for steering committees, planned events, and educational programming. Collaborate with the Executive Board to secure funding and grants, ensuring the organization’s fiscal strength and sustainability. Manage gallery inventory, exhibitions, and operational needs. Cultivate partnerships and strengthen integration with the regional arts community. Support and inspire volunteers in advancing our mission. Qualifications
Qualifications: We seek a motivated leader with strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Nonprofit management, fundraising, and arts experience are preferred.
