Job Responsibilities
Experience performing calibrations in Pharmaceutical Industry Environment. Biotechnology preferred.
Strong knowledge in tolerance calculation.
Experience in calibration system assessment.
Strong knowledge in process tolerance evaluation.
Process instrumentation/calibration to manage calibration program.
Experience performing calibrations to bioreactors, utilities, formulation, aseptic areas.
Experience in Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal Software is highly preferred.
Must possess experience in:

Dimension and Electrical
Knowledge in cGMP
Associate degree in Instrumentation Engineering
Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills
Associate Degree in Instrumentation Technology and/or Electronics.
AD, Tecnología de Instrumentación y/o Electrónica (Spanish).
Physical Requirements and Working Environment
The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate equipment, stand, walk, talk, hear, sit, and may lift up to 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work conditions may include exposure to weather, moving mechanical parts, wet or humid conditions, odorous atmospheres, fumes, risk of electrical shock, and working on ladders in high places or in small spaces such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks, and wet wells. Noise level is usually moderately loud.
