Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities with Chinese-owned or affiliated companies in Indonesia. Build and maintain strong client relationships across the Industrial sectors. Work with Bids and Tenders team to complete bids / tenders / PSA and manage each process end-to-end including from a project manager and activation perspective. Identify, track and work with customer partnerships/success team and Internal operation leaders to resolve issues with rebuilding customers. Turn it into potential repeat business. Drive and develop Industry knowledge center including but not limited to industry pitch proposal/presentations, industry customer successful stories, Industry insight. etc. Act as the primary point of contact for all Chinese-related client accounts, ensuring consistent client engagement and service excellence. A proven track record as a recruitment consultant OR business development professional Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Possess strong commercial acumen and customer engagement skills Excellent influencing and negotiation skills High sense of responsibility for your own business / desk and thrives on the opportunity Result-driven, problem-solving mindset, resilient, a great listener and team player Must be proficient in Mandarin as the role will be managing and working directly with mandarin speaking clients from China What's on Offer
