Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email. Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline. Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain”

Aptitude section – this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section – this is a take-home programming test Step 2
