Cybersecurity RMF Support Assessor Location:
Honolulu, HI Clearance:
TS/SCI w/CI polygraph Responsibilities
Deliver cybersecurity and RMF expertise in support of ongoing and future innovation and experimentation projects in support of INDO-PACOM Implement all necessary security controls with documentation for RMF artifacts from pre-determined levels and/or specify why control is not applicable Perform full range of RMF activities leading to system RMF acceptance in support of the requirements of established DOD RMF guidance and NIST 800-series special publications Support the integration of new IT capabilities for the customer Provide analytical support for the development and submission of A&A documentation packages in compliance with RMF requirements Apply all necessary STIGs at hardware then software level on designated servers, workstations, and networking equipment Collate and organize all RMF artifact relevant information and documentation together for individual security control family policy and procedures (P&P) documents Enter all required Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) reports, RMF artifacts and other relevant documentation to support security control compliance in eMASS Compile all documentation into final RMF Authorization Package for submission to the government Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering preferred with 10+ years of related experience At least 5 years' experience developing and implementing RMF using EMASS At least 5 years' experience developing applications for ATOs or IIATTs At least 2 years' experience conducting Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) registrations Experience operating and managing environments or applications in DoD secure cloud platforms, such as MS Azure and AWS Cloud Significant experience and proficient knowledge of DOD RMF and NIST 800-series requirements Experience working in the INDO-PACOM environment desired DOD 8570 IAT level III or IAM level II certification required Active Secret security clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility desired Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled
