What You’ll Be Doing: Supplyframe, a Siemens company, is an innovative and rapidly growing leader in the electronics component industry. Our teams operate with a start-up mentality where we equip team members with growth opportunities and product ownership. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end services
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Develop new user-facing features
Build reusable code and libraries for future use
Meet both technical and consumer needs
Collaborate effectively in small team environments
Who/What We Are Looking For: A degree in computer science and/or at least 2 years of equivalent working experience
Solid fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, HTTP, and web application building
Knows how to utilize SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis
Strong experience with Node.js
Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
Preferred, But Not Required: Utilize tools and software like Docker and NGINX/HAProxy
Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js
Working on projects that follow a test-driven development paradigm
Building highly available and scalable services
Experience in background processing & queues
Comfortable facing technical challenges
