$220-$250K base with uncapped monthly bonus.

$30K retention bonus!

Malpractice Coverage.

4 wks PTO; 1 wk CME w/$3,000 stipend; 6 paid Holidays on top of PTO.

PCPs are expected to treat a wide range of medical conditions, develop long-term, personal relationships with their patients, produce individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.

Responsibilities

No Obstetrics

Clinic Hours are Monday Saturday

After hours call service

Patients per day (pending complexity)

Laboratory services on-site

State-of-the-art technology with integrated EMR eCW and electronic prescribing

No admitting; No nights

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).

Board certification by ABMS (ABFM/ABIM) in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine required.

Current, valid, and unrestricted Alabama Medical License required.

Valid DEA required.

Completion of a family practice/internal medicine residency.

Possess a working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
