This is a full-time, on-site Senior Civil Engineer role located in Alexandria, VA. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing civil engineering design and planning, focusing on public water, sewer, stormwater infrastructure programs and projects and private sector land development projects. You will lead, manage and deliver program tasks and projects, provide technical guidance, manage junior and mid-level engineers, coordinate with clients and various stakeholders during project delivery and participate in business development activities. Day-to-day tasks include developing detailed engineering plans, leading and delivering program tasks, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, conducting site assessments, and implementing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. Expertise in Civil Engineering Design and Planning Experience in Stormwater Management Strong background in Civil Engineering with a focus on public sector projects Ability to manage and mentor junior and mid-level engineers Excellent communication and project management skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable Details
