Overview
Delaware North Travel is searching for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Boston Logan Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service, and ensure all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
Assign duties to team members on shift and perform some service tasks.
Assist managers in team member training and compliance.
Investigate and resolve service complaints, review procedures in operational areas needing attention, and assist in managing staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
Greet guests positively, professionally, and attentively while monitoring guests’ and team members’ needs within the assigned area.
What you will need
Experience working in a restaurant.
Supervisory experience.
Self-motivated with superior organization and guest service abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer relations abilities.
No college degree required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to carry up to 35 lbs.
Standing, walking, bending for the duration of the shift; occasionally pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms.

Compensation and Benefits Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 / hour
