Role Summary: Lead and oversee BIM and VDC processes across all disciplines, ensuring technical excellence and fulfillment of project and contract requirements. Drive collaboration and digital delivery innovation to meet client expectations and project objectives. Responsibilities
Lead and oversee BIM and VDC processes across all disciplines, ensuring technical excellence and fulfillment of project and contract requirements. Drive collaboration and digital delivery innovation to meet client expectations and project objectives. Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to ensure alignment with project and contract requirements。 Facilitate and lead Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) sessions with stakeholders to address design and coordination challenges. Oversee modeling, clash detection, and advanced digital workflows, such as automation in clash detection, using data analytics for project insights, to optimize project outcomes. Manage team performance to meet project timelines and deliverables. Mentor and train the BIM and VDC team to enhance technical skills and ensure high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain alignment with project objectives. Review and refine digital workflows to ensure they align with evolving project needs. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field. For Manager: At least
8 years of BIM and VDC experience
with proven success in two full project cycles. For Deputy Manager: At least
6 years of BIM and VDC experience
with proven success in two full project cycles. Specialist Diploma in BIM and VDC
or related field and
BIM Management Certificate. Accreditation in
DDM Tier 2
or above, or equivalent qualifications and skills as outlined in the DDM accreditation criteria. Advanced proficiency in BIM and VDC software and tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Tekla, Solidworks, Archicad, ACC, etc. and collaboration platforms. Formally trained in BIM and VDC software, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams and ICE sessions.
