About the Role
We are seeking a
System Analyst
to coordinate and manage obsolescence, vulnerability, and security-related projects. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and vendor management expertise to ensure risks are mitigated, projects are delivered on time, and business objectives are met. You will act as the key liaison across internal teams, management, and external vendors, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and providing actionable insights through reporting and dashboards. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage
obsolescence and security-related projects
across the division. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. Monitor and track
remediation efforts, budgets, and project deliverables . Prepare and present
status updates, dashboards, and reports
to management. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to maximize value and minimize risk. Align vendor capabilities with business needs in collaboration with stakeholders. Support
continuous improvement initiatives
for vendor management processes. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science or related field. 6+ years of relevant experience , preferably in a financial institution. Strong
analytical skills
to review data, requirements, and identify process improvements. High attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and risks. Excellent
communication skills
to explain complex issues clearly to stakeholders. Strong
interpersonal skills
with the ability to build effective relationships. Effective
time management
to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, collaborative team player with a track record of delivering results. Key Skills
Advanced
MS Office
expertise (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation). Strong
documentation and presentation skills . Experience in
new system development or project implementation
