Engage in transactional matters on structured finance and securitization transactions, representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers and lenders as part of the Structured Finance and Securitization Team within the Financial Services practice. Qualifications
Law Degree Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred. Three to four years of transactional experience, ideally with structured finance and/or securitization transactions (preferred). Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills. Benefits at Moore & Van Allen
