Responsibilities
Daily Data Card Transmission & Staff Card Management
Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission and staff card printing. This includes ensuring timely and accurate updates, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain operational continuity. Ex-Staff Reference Checks
Handle reference check requests for former employees, ensuring prompt and accurate responses in accordance with company policy and MAS guidelines. This process requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Staff Referral Program
Administer and processing payments for successful referrals, and preparing EDMs to highlight successful cases on a quarterly basis. Electronic Signature Book Assignment
Manage and assign electronic signature books for staff as required. Spot Award Management
Oversee the nomination, approval, and distribution process for spot awards. Quarterly Background Check Review
Review and validate completed background checks conducted by external vendors for new employees on a quarterly basis, ensuring completeness with basis of check. Quarterly Data Quality Monitoring
Conduct quarterly sample checks to validate HR system data entries against new hire personal data. This includes reviewing accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring consistency across systems to maintain data integrity for reporting. Temporary Accommodation Arrangements
Coordinate temporary accommodation for staff, including handling invoicing and vendor liaison. Ad-hoc Tasks and Reporting
